Pat has written an ebook Making Money as an Artist: Taking Charge of Your Bottom Line to empower artists in managing their financial health. During November/December, Pat and fellow artist CathyErhler will exhibit their work a 2 woman show entitled "Monet's Garden and the French Countryside" at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA. The exhibit will include watercolor and oil paintings inspired by their 2008 painting experience on location at Monet's Garden in Giverny, France.

One of Pat's paintings has been selected to be included in thebook, Splash: The Best of Watercolor. The Splash series showcases the finest watercolor paintings being created today. A new book in the series is published every other year by North Light Books (an imprint of F+W Media) and features approximately 100 paintings by a wide variety of artists from around the world, each with instructive information about how it was achieved — including inspiration, tips and techniques. The Winter 2009 edition of WatercolorStudio magazine published an article "Cloud Challenge" written by Pat where she shares her approach for studying clouds for her current painting series.

Pat recently judged the Arts Clayton 2009 Juried Art Show and Competition.

Two of Pat's oil paintings and one  of her watercolors were accepted into the 4th Annual "Shades of Italy" show at the Broome Street Gallery in New York City. The paintings will be on display from March 3- 15, 2009.

Pat will be exhibiting her artwork at the following shows:

2008 Events

Pat's paintings of Monet's Garden were featured in a show at Atelier Giverny in Giverny France in August 2008. She exhibited them again at a show along with paintings done by her students at Studio Z in Atlanta in October 2008.

Pat's painting Hudson Valley Barn was one of 70 paintings selected out of 490 submitted to the 2008 Georgia Watercolor Society National Exhibition This is the 5th GWS juried show Pat's work has been accepted into and with this she has earned the credential of GWS signature member.
